South County Regional Center

The South County Regional Center is a facility occupied by the Superior Court, Sheriff, and Revenue and Recovery. This branch hears Criminal, Family Law, Civil Harassment/Elder or Dependent Adult Abuse Restraining Orders, and Juvenile Dependency cases.

There is no longer a Civil and Small Claims business office on the third floor.

Effective 12/15/14 – No Misdemeanor Walk-in Appearances allowed. Appointments may be requested at the business office counter.

Civil Harassment/Elder or Dependent Adult Abuse Temporary Restraining Orders are filed at the Family Law Business Office located on the 3rd floor. You may obtain assistance in completing the forms by the Civil Temporary Restraining Order Clinic located on the 1st floor in room 158.

All other Civil filings and Small Claims filings must be filed at the Central Division located at 330 West Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101.

Parking
Parking is available around the courthouse. Please park in designated ‘public’ areas.

Metered parking is also available on the streets surrounding the courthouse.
