Get Off Arson Registration
Pursuant to PC § 457.1 an individual that is required to register as an Arsonist can get off Arson Registration by successfully winning a Certificate of Rehabilitation Pursuant to PC § 4852.01.
An individual can only be granted this relief once and if they are convicted of an offense in the future requiring registration, they cannot then get another Cert of Rehab but will be required to register for life.
